A Judge Sent 3 Kids To Juvenile Detention For Reportedly Skipping Lunch With Their Dad

The children, ages 14, 10, and 9, have been sent to two different juvenile facilities and ordered to go to therapy after the hearing at family court in Oakland County, Michigan.

The children's parents, Maya and Omer Tsimhoni, have been involved in a long custody battle over the kids.

She lambasted the kids for not acting like "normal human beings," and even compared them to the Manson family.

One of the children, who was not named in the transcript reviewed by MyFoxDetroit.com, told the judge his father had been violent toward his mother, which is why he didn't want to speak with him.

But the judge was dismissive.

"You're a defiant, contemptuous young man," she told him.

Gorcyca then told the kids they had to go to lunch with their father. When they refused, they were held in contempt, MyFoxDetroit.com reported.
