Los Angeles residents tuned in to to watch a police chase Wednesday night involving a white van.
As the chase wound through South L.A neighborhoods, the driver struck a small white dog.
The driver and a passenger were stopped by the California Highway Patrol and arrested on suspicion of stealing the van, KTLA reported.
