A user anonymously posted images purportedly showing a woman’s body with details of a suspected homicide in Washington on the anonymous image-sharing site. Police say the photos match the crime scene of a Port Orchard murder.
Police in Port Orchard, Washington, are investigating gruesome photos of a dead body posted anonymously on the online forum 4chan that are possibly linked to the homicide of a woman on Tuesday. The victim, identified Wednesday afternoon as Amanda Lynn Coplin, was found dead in her apartment, the Port Orchard Independent reported.
Wednesday afternoon, police identified the suspect as 33-year-old David Michael Kalac, who had been living with Coplin, the Associated Press reported. Police also revealed Wednesday that investigators found a picture with the words "she killed me first" written on it at the crime scene. In addition, Coplin's purse had been dumped out and someone wrote "dead" on her driver's license.
