Unemployment Rate Falls In October

U.S. employers added about 214,000 jobs in October, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The unemployment rate fell to 5.8% as employers added about 214,000 jobs in October, according to the federal government.


The figures comes as voters across the nation handed big wins to Republicans in midterm elections, in part due to a lack of confidence about improvement in the economy.
