"Active Shooter" Reported At Army Medical Center In El Paso

The shooter opened fire at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, prompting a lockdown of the facility.

A spokesperson for the center confirmed to local media that there was an active shooting at the facility Tuesday afternoon.

The center did not immediately respond BuzzFeed News' request for comment.
