The Obamas complained about the White House's tech issues during an interview with CBS News before the Super Bowl.

When asked if they had advice for the next couple who will occupy the White House, Obama said should they should get "the whole tech thing" sorted.
"We've been trying to get that straight for the next group of folks, because it is an old building, and so there's a lot of dead spots where Wi-Fi doesn't work," Obama said.
