Four people remain at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, where the FBI has reportedly surrounded them with vehicles.

FBI agents have surrounded the four remaining occupiers at the Oregon wildlife refuge, prompting a tense standoff.
Audio of the standoff was being streamed on the YouTube channel of a supporter of the occupiers, who was on the phone with them as the FBI approached.
The four occupiers said the FBI at one point was shinning high-beam lights toward their location until both parties agreed to turn them off.
"I gave you a chance, asshole!" one of the men who identified himself as David Fry can be heard yelling at authorities. "You're going to hell, you fucking idiot."
The FBI confirmed its agents surrounded the four remaining occupiers in a statement.
One of the occupiers allegedly rode an ATV outside the barricades set up by the FBI surrounding the refuge, but drove away before agents were able to approach them.
"Negotiations between the occupiers and the FBI continue," the FBI said. "No shots have ben fired."
The four remaining occupiers include Fry, Sean Anderson, Sandy Anderson, and Jeff Banta. They have refused to leave the refuge despite calls from leader of the occupation Ammon Bundy.
"David, I want to talk you, David," someone on a loudspeaker could be heard.
One of the occupiers could be heard saying they were armed but that they wouldn't fire unless officials did.
"You guys killed LaVoy," Fry could be heard yelling, referring to the deadly shooting of occupier Robert LaVoy Finicum. "You let Obama bring terrorists into this country. You continue to let Hillary run for president."
