Hillary Clinton now leads Donald Trump nationally by 11 points, according to a new national poll conducted by NBC News and the Wall Street Journal before Sunday's debate but after the 2005 tapes of Trump bragging about sexually assaulting women were published.

The poll shows Clinton had 46% of the support of likely voters, while Trump had 35%.
Among all registered voters in the US, Clinton is up by 13 points, NBC News reports, in what is her largest lead over Trump since polling began in September 2015.
The survey of 500 registered voters was conducted on Saturday and Sunday before the second presidential debate. The margin of error was 4.4%.
The two third party candidates stayed relatively steady, with Libertarian Gary Johnson's support standing at 9%, and Green Party candidate Jill Stein at 2%.
Excluding Johnson and Stein, Clinton's lead over Trump would increase to 14 points, giving her 52% support to Trump's 38%.
NBC News and the Wall Street Journal also asked voters about the tape — in which Trump not only describes grabbing women's genitals, but kissing them without their consent and attempting to sleep with a married woman — and how it would affect their vote.
Less than a quarter of registered Republicans said they believe the tape was enough to justify other prominent Republican politicians to publicly drop their support of Trump, although 52% of total respondents said the tape should be an issue considered in the campaign. Some 42% said it shouldn't.
While 31% of respondents said Trump's descriptions of sexual assault in the tape were "inappropriate, but typical of how some men talk in private with other men," another 41% called the comments "completely unacceptable."
