New York State Police said Calvin E. Wank, from the town of Deposit, was arrested on Saturday morning for public lewdness.
Officers had responded to reports of a suspicious person at the Loves Truck stop in Kirkwood.
A subsequent investigation reportedly revealed that a number of truck drivers had spotted Wank committing sexually lewd acts while in the parking lot and a neighbouring field.
The troopers from NYSP Binghamton later issued Wank with a ticket instructing him to return to the Town of Kirkwood Court on October 7.
