The Southern Poverty Law Center sad they have tied Roof’s apparent manifesto to an account on The Daily Stormer.
Three days after 21-year-old Dylann Roof allegedly shot and killed nine black people during a bible study in a historic Charleston, South Carolina church, his apparent manifesto details a hatred toward black people, Jews, and Latinos appeared online.
Roof was charged with nine counts of murder and one weapons charge. He's currently in jail.

The SPLC said that it "ran the document's full text through Grammarly, a piece of software with plagiarism detection capabilities."
The group said it found several connections between the manifesto and comments made on The Daily Stormer.
In a Jan. 31, 2015 post about a conflict between The Daily Stormer and another website, Council of Conservative Citizens Articles, AryanBlood1488 defended CofCC using similar language in Roof's apparent manifesto.
I have serious, great respect for the CofCC because they are the ones who woke me up to black on white crime in the beginning. It was the first site I went to the day that changed my life, the day I decided to type in "black on white crime" into Google.
