Here's What You Need To Know About Tonight's Democratic Debate

Democrats seeking the party’s presidential nomination face off in their second debate Saturday night. BuzzFeed News reporters Ruby Cramer and Evan McMorris-Santoro are in Des Moines, Iowa.

The second Democratic presidential primary debate is Saturday night at 9 p.m. ET at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. It's sponsored by CBS, KCCI, and the Des Moines Register and is expected to last two hours.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, and former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley will face off. Former Virginia Sen. Jim Webb and Former Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee dropped out of the race after the first debate.

Look for the candidates to be asked about Friday night's terror attacks in Paris.
Moderator John Dickerson told the Des Moines Register that the debate will be focused on economic issues, specifically middle class wages, health care, education and retirement.
A Nov. 12 poll by CBS/NYT shows Clinton leading Sanders 52% to 33%. O'Malley had 5%.
Look for Sanders to sharpen his message against Clinton. In recent weeks he criticized Clinton's criminal justice plan because it didn't include marijuana legalization and banning the death penalty.
Clinton and Sanders have also sparred over President Obama's legacy. Clinton has called it an eight-year record of "progress." Sanders suggested the country needs to change direction.
The debate also comes after Clinton's solid performance at her Benghazi Committee hearing, an 11-hour questioning where the Republican chairman ultimately couldn't name anything new that was learned.
