A Tennessee toddler is recovering after she survived three days trapped in her crib after her grandmother collapsed and died in her home.

The 15-month-old's mother, Tracy Ineichen, has been in jail since early September, police told the station. The Maryville Police Department did not return a request for comment from BuzzFeed News. Annette Ineichen had been caring for her granddaughter while her daughter was in jail.
But last weekend, Tracy Ineichen grew worried when she stopped hearing from her mother and couldn't reach her by phone, WATE reported.
Tracy Ineichen called her boyfriend, Anthony Waldo, and asked him to check on her mother and daughter.
