The pope will lead an interfaith prayer service at the National September 11 Memorial & Museum.

Pope Francis will hold an inter-faith prayer service with Muslims, Jews, Christians, Sikhs and Hindus at the Ground Zero memorial in New York.
The service follows his speech at the United Nations General Assembly where he called appealed for an to religious and cultural persecution of Christians and other religious groups. While downtown, the pope will visit the National September 11 Memorial & Museum.
The pope will pay his respects at the 9/11 Memorial before leading a Multi-religious Meeting for Peace inside the museum.
The pope is expected to address the representatives of world religions at the program which will include prayers and meditations from different religious groups.
