The Tulsa police officer who shot an unarmed black man has been charged with manslaughter, prosecutors said Thursday.
Officer Betty Shelby, a white woman, fatally shot Terence Crutcher after his car stalled on Friday. The shooting was captured on dash cam and aerial video, and the Tulsa police chief called it disturbing.
Prosecutors said a warrant has been issued for Shelby's arrest, and authorities are working with her attorney to bring her into custody.
