Vice President Joe Biden is among those at the funeral, which is also being attended by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, whose relationship with the NYPD has come under scrutiny in the wake of the shootings.
“I’m sure I speak for the whole nation when I say our hearts ache for you,” Biden told the Ramos family.
