Star soccer player Hope Solo was arrested on Friday night for allegedly assaulting her sister and her nephew at her Kirkland, Seattle home, the Seattle Times reports.

Solo is being held without bail in the SCORE misdemeanor jail in South King County for two counts of investigation of domestic-violence assault. Police told the Seattle Times that Solo, 32, got into an argument with her sister during a family gathering.

Solo is the goalkeeper for the Seattle Reign FC, and has played on two gold-medal winning Olympic women's teams. She also appeared on TV's Dancing with the Stars.

Kirkland police Lt. Mike Murray said that police officers received a call reporting an assault and a noise disturbance.

"There was a big party going on at her house. It was an out-of-control situation," Murray said.

At some point during the night, Solo allegedly assaulted her sister and her nephew, said Murray. "There were visible injuries on them," he told the Seattle Times.

In November, 2012, Solo's ex-boyfriend Jerramy Stevens, was arrested for domestic violence; police reportedly used a stun gun to break up the fight between Solo and Stevens, who played college football for the University of Washington.

Stevens was released because of a lack of evidence in the case, and was never charged.
