The hip hop producer drove away after getting into a fight in Compton, California, TMZ reported. As he reversed, he struck bystanders.
The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department responded to a hit and run crash Thursday afternoon in Compton that multiple reports said involved Suge Knight .
The crash took place at the Tam's Burgers near East Rosecrans and North Central avenues in Compton.
Another person was possibly injured, CBS 2 reported.
The crash came after a number of hip hop stars were in the area, according to TMZ, as part of a film shoot.
