While riding along a mountain pass in the Western Cape province of South Africa, Malcolm Fox was flagged down by an armed suspect, who ran up to him and robbed him of his belongings, with the help of two accomplices.
What the thieves didn't take was Fox's helmet, which had a GoPro camera attached to it.
The entire robbery was caught on Fox's GoPro helmet and the footage helped lead to three arrests.
