Storm Topples U.S.-Mexico Border Fence In Arizona

Storms in Mexico caused flooding that knocked over the 20-foot border fence in Nogales, Arizona.


Near the Mariposa Port of Entry in Nogales, Ariz., a section of the rebar-reinforced fence between the U.S. and Mexico toppled over after heavy rains inundated the area.
