“If we don’t take care of this now, we are going to see fallout effects and secondary effects from this that will have ramifications for a long time, above and beyond the lives that will have been lost.”
At least 2,917 people have died of from an outbreak of Ebola in West Africa and 6,263 are infected with the virus, according to the World Health Organization. WHO said this week there could be as many as 20,000 cases by Nov. 2 if control does not improve.
