The complete surveillance video showing the Boson Marathon bombers' carjacking victim has been made public for the first time by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts. Prosecutors released the footage after it was shown to jurors in Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's trial.
The video shows Dun Meng as his Mercedes-Benz was taken by the Tsarnaev brothers. He bolted from the SUV while parked at Shell station in Waltham, Mass., raced across the street to another gas station, and pleaded with the clerk to call 911 while he hid in the back.
While he is on the phone with the 911 dispatcher, Meng identifies the men who stole his truck and abducted him at gun point as the bombers.
"They did the marathon explosions," Meng said.
"They what?" the dispatcher asked.
"They are the suspects of the Boston explosions," Meng said.
